Product Sourcing
Seamus Keating Investments will source investment opportunities through conducting indepth due diligence of all opportunities. During this stage a number of opportunities will be discarded and only premium products will be recommended to clients.
The focus will be on achieving investments with a combination strong capital growth potential coupled with secure yield as in the Eden Square  project in Liverpool

Economic Review
A full review will be undertaken of relevant consideration including economic growth, exchange rate / currency, interest rate and taxation policy. It is vital that prior to making an investment decision that a full analysis of these factors is conducted and we will do so on behalf of our clients. 


Legal / Security
This is a key area in any investment and a full study will be undertaken into the security / title aspects in addition to both the entry / exit process and costs. We will investigate all legal aspects of transaction by retaining solicitors in the investment jurisdiction.


Financing
A finance package will be put in place for all investments, with the option of securing finance in the method that bests suits the requirements of the client. Again the management of this process will be undertaken by us to ease the process and reduce time invested by clients.


After Sales
A full after sales service will be provided including managing the investment throughout its life to disposal. This will include handover process of investment through to reporting to investor on both yield and capital performance of their asset. A full investment appraisal will be conducted and supplied to clients on an annual basis.


Exit
We will also provide the exit mechanism for clients who wish to divest in a clear transparent manner, thereby ensuring a complete investment service from start to finish, a unique offering in the marketplace.
